In June 2019, Anson Construction Malaysia successfully won the bid for Country Garden Golf Villa P15 & P18 Project. 

The project is located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, near the Country Garden Forest City. The entire project consists of about 800 townhouses with a total area of about 120,000 square meters. The construction work includes electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering and ventilation and air conditioning engineering. And contract value is MYR 33 million.
